Ted Wittman2 January 2024The service was friendly when I did interact with the technician for my smog check. They also honored my coupon. I was waiting for them to service other drivers but that went as quickly as it seemed like it should’ve. The shop is pretty dirty and the signage could use some changing out. But the reason for knocking a star is because the technicians don’t acknowledge you when you come in. You need to say something to them even when you’re standing next to them. If they could do a better job at acknowledging their customers, this would be a good place to go for smog checks.
